Haider Riaz

I'm Haider, founder of Stepwise Learning. I provide personalised online tuition in Maths and English, helping students build confidence, understanding and strong academic habits.Every student learns differently, which is why I tailor lessons to individual strengths, interests and learning styles, in addition to their school's chosen exam board. With over two years of tutoring experience, my aim is to make learning engaging, rewarding and effective.

The Lessons

A Structured Online Learning Environment

All my lessons are conducted via online shared documents, allowing live-edits for myself and the student. These documents are split into different tabs, featuring different topics of the subject, either acting as a workbook or as a textbook.For English, every lesson is:- tailored towards answering a specific question with a singular paragraph
- split into 3 parts: understanding, planning and execution.
- assessed through a live-edit, allowing me to observe and highlight strengths and weaknesses every lesson rather than periodically.For Maths, every lesson is:- conducted on collaborative whiteboards to allow students to demonstrate their working out online
- logged on to a spaced repetition spreadsheet which tracks grades, highlight weaknesses and informs the student of valuable revision time.
